A new addition is joining the Harbour Island waterfront later this month. Sorsi, opening soon inside Jackson’s Bistro Bar & Sushi, will introduce Tampa to a fresh, Italian-inspired spritz and lounge experience—right on the bay.

Taking its name from the Italian word for “sips,” Sorsi is designed as a relaxed yet refined destination for conversation, cocktails, and coastal views. Guests can expect a menu built around classic and modern spritzes, along with espresso, gelato, and light bites that nod to the tradition of Italian aperitivo culture.

The new lounge occupies a prime stretch of Jackson’s signature waterfront space, adding another layer to one of Tampa’s most established dining landmarks. For Harbour Island residents and visitors alike, Sorsi represents a new spot to gather, unwind, and enjoy the city’s growing food and beverage scene—without ever leaving the island.

As we get ready to welcome Sorsi to the neighborhood, we’re reminded how much the island continues to evolve while keeping its easygoing charm. When doors open later this month, you can bet we’ll be celebrating in style.
