Benchmark International Arena Signage Goes Up Across Garrison Channel from Harbour Island in Tampa

The Benchmark International Arena signage officially went up on downtown Tampa’s waterfront over the weekend, marking the latest chapter for the venue long known as Amalie Arena.

According to the Tampa Bay Lightning and Vinik Sports Group, the multi-year naming rights agreement with Benchmark International, announced in August 2025, included new exterior and interior signage, upgraded digital displays, and a refreshed premium Benchmark International Club Level.

Benchmark International, a Tampa-based global mergers and acquisitions firm, also pledged more than $3 million to local nonprofit causes as part of the deal, according to ESPN.

Visible from Harbour Island, the new logo installation adds a fresh accent to Tampa’s evolving skyline.

But for those who’ve cheered playoff runs and concerts under its roof—no matter what the sign says—it will always be The Ice Palace. Always.
